I post this Blacklist with the purpose of letting others know that I do not wish to associate with nor have contact with these users and that they are not permitted access to my artwork, posts, designs, profiles, etc. for any reason.Their usernames have been posted ONLY so others can identify them should they attempt to use my artwork, trade/buy any of my designs, or attempt to harass/slander me.Understand that these Blacklistings were not given lightly nor without evidence. Any user who has been put on this list has committed a serious violation of my Terms of Service or has harassed me on a severe level and will be subject to the following information.Once Blacklisted a user will not be removed nor have these restrictions lifted for any reason.
The justification for these users' placement on this list may be explained in as little or as much detail as I feel is necessary. They may or may not still be actively engaging in the behaviors they have been blacklisted for, but their offences will be listed regardless.No matter the reason for these users being Blacklisted, do not harass or attempt to contact the individuals listed about their placement in this blacklist. Harassment of myself or these users will not be tolerated and will result in you being reported, blocked, or possibly even Blacklisted yourself. I do not encourage nor condone that behavior.I would appreciate that you not try to inquire about further information regarding what happened between myself and these individuals.

These users' misconduct has resulted in the following restrictions
Any individuals listed here are permanently restricted from any and all content related to me.
My artwork, designs, social media accounts and/or posts may not be accessed by these users.I reserve the right to preemptively block any of these users on any social media platforms, report any posts made by them of which my content has been featured or I am mentioned by name without my consent, and restrict these individuals from communicating with me or interacting with my profiles.Please Note:
The following restrictions apply to any and all users who have been blocked by me, for whatever reason. Even if an individual is not named directly, it should be common sense to not block-evade, attempt to contact, or otherwise gain access to another user's content if they have blocked you from doing so.If any of the following guidelines are violated by a blocked individual they will be added to the list.
GUIDELINESI. Blacklisted/Blocked individuals are permanently restricted from communicating with and/or contacting me for any reason. Any alternate accounts caught attempting to contact me or access my profiles will be posted alongside the individuals' main usernames and they will be listed for continued harassment. Blacklisted/blocked individuals are restricted from all of my social media profiles and are not allowed to join, follow or interact with me in any way, shape or form.II. Blacklisted/Blocked individuals may not acquire any of my artwork or designs proceeding their blacklisting. They may not purchase or attempt to purchase my designs or artwork from an alternate account, through re-sale or trade, or be gifted any of my designs/characters. Any designs they have acquired prior to their Blacklisting/blocking and are currently in their possession are void and will not be revoked unless they have violated my T.O.S. and revocation is deemed necessary.III. Blacklisted/Blocked individuals are not allowed to create derivative works based off my own and may not create artwork of designs I currently own, even if claiming it as fan-art or a gift. Blacklisted/blocked individuals are not permitted use of my bases, resources, F2U/P2U content, etc. Doing so will result in the aforementioned image(s) having a DMCA filed against them.IV. Individuals whom associate with any Blacklisted/blocked users may not contact me on said users' behalf. Associated individuals may not attempt to purchase one of my designs/characters on a Blacklisted/blocked users' behalf. Associated individuals cannot ask to have a Blacklisted/blocked users' character(s) drawn for trades, commissions, or requests on their behalf. Any individual knowingly sending my artwork, designs and/or posts to Blacklisted/blocked individuals will be blacklisted, blocked and restricted from my content and their username(s) will be listed alongside the user they were acting on the behalf of. (Some of these users have their friends/followers stalk my profiles to send them my recent activity.)V. Any individual who associates with and/or supports the following Blacklisted/blocked individuals are untrustworthy by association and are subject to the same restrictions aforementioned.
Any contact with myself, my friends, or other individuals I associate with after this point will be documented and considered harassment on their part.
